DiGesare Mechanical provided complete HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection services for this 174,000 SF state-of-the-art detention facility in Poughkeepsie, NY. The facility includes approximately 328 beds, a full working kitchen, medical unit, athletic and recreation areas, and a large administration wing. Throughout the project, DMI collaborated closely with the construction management and design teams to deliver coordinated, code-compliant mechanical systems that support safety, functionality, and long-term durability. The completed facility now stands as a critical component of the county’s justice reform initiatives, and we are proud to have played a key role in its successful delivery.
