We’re Hiring: Project Manager

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for mechanical systems and construction excellence? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and take charge of delivering high-quality mechanical contracting projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.)

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met

  • Provide leadership and oversight on-site and in the office

We’re Hiring: BIM Modeler

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for mechanical systems, construction technology, and 3D modeling? We’re looking for a Plumbing / HVAC BIM Modeler to join our growing team and help take our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) capabilities to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and coordinate detailed HVAC and plumbing models using Autodesk Revit

  • Create fabrication, coordination, and installation drawings

  • Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, and electrical trades

  • Perform 3D laser scanning and use point-cloud data to model existing conditions

  • Utilize total station / robotic total station technology for field verification and layout

  • Work directly with project managers, field personnel, and VDC team members

  • Assist with prefabrication, field layout, clash detection, and construction coordination

  • Maintain accurate as-built models and project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Revit MEP, preferably with plumbing and/or HVAC systems

  • Strong understanding of mechanical construction and how systems are installed in the field

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Experience with 3D scanning, point clouds, or total station equipment is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Mechanical field experience is a strong plus

We're Hiring: Fire Protection Designer

Join a team where your expertise in fire protection design helps safeguard buildings and the people in them. We’re looking for a Fire Protection Designer who is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and ready to take the lead on designing code-compliant, efficient fire protection systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design sprinkler systems and fire alarm layouts using AutoCAD or Revit

  • Interpret building codes and NFPA standards to ensure compliance

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams

  • Prepare calculations, specifications, and detailed drawings for submittals and approvals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in fire protection system design

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (HydraCAD a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire regulations

  • NICET certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
