AYCO Office Building

DiGesare Mechanical served as the mechanical contractor for the Ayco Office Building, a premier corporate headquarters for Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, located in Latham, New York. This state-of-the-art, multi-story office complex spans over 150,000 square feet and was designed to support a modern, collaborative work environment with high standards for sustainability, efficiency, and occupant comfort.

DiGesare Mechanical was responsible for the complete HVAC and Plumbing systems installation, including high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, advanced air distribution networks, and precision controls. The project required close coordination with the construction and design teams to meet rigorous performance standards and accommodate a fast-paced schedule.  With a strong focus on energy efficiency and occupant well-being, DiGesare delivered innovative mechanical solutions that aligned with the project's LEED goals and long-term operational performance.
