Vireo Health Bluebird

As the mechanical contractor on Vireo Health’s Bluebird project - one of the largest and most advanced cannabis cultivation facilities in New York, DiGesare Mechanical played a key role in bringing cutting-edge systems to life. Located on a 93-acre campus formerly known as the Tryon juvenile detention facility and now transformed into the Tryon Technology Park, the 325,000-square-foot, single-story structure spans 22 acres and integrates state-of-the-art technologies to support the production of premium cannabis products. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was successfully designed and constructed with DiGesare Mechanical delivering high-performance mechanical solutions that met the project's demanding standards.
