Ten Eyck Office Building

DiGesare Mechanical served as the mechanical contractor for the cooling tower replacement at the Ten Eyck Office Building in Albany, NY. Off-site prefabrication of piping assemblies and structural supports helped streamline installation, improve safety, and reduce on-site labor and disruption. Working within a fully occupied government office building, DiGesare carefully coordinated crane lifts, mechanical connections, and jobsite logistics to maintain uninterrupted daily operations. The new cooling tower was hoisted and installed 16 stories above street level and features high-efficiency performance, low-noise operation, and long-lasting durability thanks to its premium-grade construction.
