M&T Bank Center

DiGesare Mechanical provided design-build HVAC and plumbing services for the M&T Bank Center at Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady. Working with LeChase Construction Services, our team delivered mechanical systems for the nearly 100,000-square-foot multi-use event center featuring a 2,200-seat ice hockey rink, locker rooms, concessions, suites, and flexible event space. The project required precise coordination to support ice arena performance, high-occupancy use, and year-round operation, all within a complex urban waterfront site.
