Golub Corporate Headquarters

DiGesare Mechanical started on this project with the underground plumbing and went on to negotiate the HVAC Core and Shell followed by the HVAC Tenant Fit-out.  The six-story, 240,000 square foot office building features test kitchens, an employee cafeteria, a 150-seat auditorium and a full service state of the art fitness center.

The HVAC design included high efficiency boilers and chillers, energy saving temperature controls, a large snowmelt system throughout the sidewalks and three micro-turbines installed on the roof which all contributed to the facility receiving LEED Gold Certification.
